Initially collaboration between Erin and Freddy (aka Steve) after they met while collaborating with local bay area musicians, realizing they worked well together and had similar goals with music. They evolved music from open mic performances, focused jam sessions and scratch low-tech non pro-tool recordings, into a self produced album. Developing an acoustic sound you hear on “Rook And Pawn”. The music and sound continues to evolve from live performances with skilled musicians. The EP “Glare” brings together a combination of the initial sound with the addition of the live feel the project has evolved from. At the heart of Aeroplane Soul is sincerity and a desire to express and deliver beauty; experience and emotion through live performance and instrumentation.
